Order Confirmation
After placing your order, you will receive an email with your order number and details. Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number and tracking link. Additionally, we will notify you via email upon delivery of your order.

We partner with reputable Australian courier services to ensure timely and safe delivery, including Australia Post, CouriersPlease, and Aramex.
Shipping Locations
We ship exclusively within Australia. At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

Lost Packages
If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please:
- Verify the shipping address provided in your confirmation email.
- Check all possible delivery locations (mailboxes, side gates, or safe drop zones).
- Ask neighbours or household members if they accepted the package on your behalf.
- Contact the courier directly with your tracking number to initiate a delivery investigation.
If your package is officially declared lost by the courier, contact us immediately at hello@inspirehome.com.au with your order number. We will work to arrange a replacement or provide a refund.
Tracking
After dispatch, a tracking number will be sent to your email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update in the courier's system. You can monitor your delivery directly through the link provided in your shipping email.
Delays
We aim to meet our delivery estimates, but delays may occur due to high shipping volumes, extreme weather, or unforeseen courier disruptions. If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact our support team.
