Shipping & Delivery
At this time, we ship exclusively within Australia. We do not offer international shipping.
Once your order is placed, please allow 2–5 business days for handling. Delivery then takes a further 5–15 business days. Total estimated delivery time is 7–20 business days from the date of your order.
We offer free standard shipping on all orders within Australia — no minimum spend required.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a direct link to monitor your delivery. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update in the courier's system.
If your package is marked as delivered but hasn't arrived, please check your confirmation email, all delivery locations, and with neighbours. If it has been officially declared lost by the courier, contact us at hello@inspirehome.com.au with your order number and we'll arrange a replacement or refund.
Returns & Refunds
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with proof of purchase. Please contact us before sending anything back to obtain approval and instructions.
Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number, clear photos of the issue, and a brief description. Once approved, we'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you, including return shipping.
Yes — we offer exchanges for incorrect sizes, faulty products, and colour or style preferences (subject to availability). For change-of-mind exchanges, you cover the return postage and we'll cover sending the replacement back to you.
Once we receive and inspect your return (typically 2–3 business days), we'll notify you by email. Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method, with a further 3–7 business days for your bank to reflect the balance.
Return shipping is free for defective or incorrect items — we cover those costs. For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return postage.
Orders & Payment
We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. We also offer Buy Now, Pay Later options including Afterpay, Zip, and Klarna.
Yes. All transactions are encrypted and processed through secure payment gateways. We do not store your full card details on our servers.
Orders can only be cancelled or modified if they have not yet been processed or dispatched. Please contact us immediately at hello@inspirehome.com.au or call 0426 250 115 if you need to make changes.
Please contact us as soon as possible at hello@inspirehome.com.au. If your order has not yet been dispatched, we will do our best to update the address. Once shipped, we cannot redirect the parcel.

Yes. We recommend pairing your rug with a non-slip underlay to protect both your flooring and the rug itself.
Our rugs are made from natural materials and are generally suitable for family homes. We recommend checking the specific product care instructions, as some materials are more durable than others.
Handmade means each rug is crafted by skilled artisans rather than mass-produced by machine. Slight variations in colour, texture, and pattern are a natural characteristic of the craft and are not considered defects — they're part of what makes each rug unique.
No assembly is required. Your rug arrives ready to use.
Washability varies by product. Please refer to the care instructions on the individual product page before washing.
We prioritise natural materials and responsible sourcing. For specific information about a product's origin or sustainability credentials, please refer to the product description or contact us directly.
We make every effort to display colours and textures as accurately as possible, but monitor calibration can affect how colours appear on screen. Additionally, as our rugs are handmade, minor variations are natural and expected.
